The ugly streak of smoke scrawled the epitaph of their DropShip across the Capran sky. A few dozen kilometers separated the remnants of Bravo Company from the LZ for the rest of the First Crucis Lancers. But every inc in between was Snake country...

A Davion dropship ejects the remnants of Bravo Company before being destroyed. The mechs are several miles off course from the main battle of Capra. The company tries to enter through Snake Canyon only to meet Kurita resistance in the canyon.

Setup

Davion and Kurita players enter from the opposite side of Snake Canyon. For Davion, the goal is to get as many 'Mechs as possible through the canyon to rendezvous with the rest of the Lancers. For Kurita, it is to stop them.


Special Rules

Sensor Blindness: Each mech will be assigned a number. As the maneuver their way to the canyon, they will use that number to determine movement. All mechs in this game will not be able to see each other in the beginning until they are within line of sight. Once identified, replace the number with the mech assigned.

Initiative: For faster play, we will use playing cards to determine initiative. The card represents the mech that moves in this round (Ace = 1, Jack = 11, Queen – 12). Davion mechs are the hearts suit and Kurita mechs are the spades suit.

Each player will run 2 mechs with each player’s forces being similar in Battle Value.
